A word from some of our supporters…
“UK Feminista is at the forefront of the feminist struggle, engaging women from diverse and broad backgrounds. I am proud to be a part of an inclusive movement that aims to challenge the status quo and that is willing to take radical action to achieve that change”
– Councillor Rania Khan, Tower Hamlets
“As cuts to our jobs, pay and precious public services hit ever harder, the campaign for women’s equality has never been so urgent. All glory to UK Feminista for showing true spirit and giving grass roots activists the tools to organise.”
Frances O’Grady, TUC General Secretary
“UK Feminista is a brave and ground breaking organisation that seeks truth, empowers people and brings women and girls together, while encouraging independent thought and free speech, so young feminist can champion their and other women’s rights.”
– Nimco Ali, co-founder & CEO of Daughters of Eve
“UK Feminista is a dynamic campaigning organization that gives voice to the feminist cause. It does so by celebrating women’s identity and providing a platform for their common experience, whilst also understanding and highlighting specific vulnerabilities , for example where gender inequality is compounded by factors such as poverty, disability and/or racism.”
