UK Feminista are running unique workshops in Birmingham & the Black country focusing on the relevance of feminism today and on doing feminist activism. Any local group (including women’s, feminist, youth, religious and community groups) in Birmingham and the Black Country can book a workshop by completing the form below.
If you are not part of a group but would like to attend a workshop please make this clear on the booking form and we will let you know about upcoming workshops in your area.

Why feminism? workshop
This workshop explores the state of gender equality in the 21st century and the ongoing need for a feminist movement. It will provide an opportunity to think through your own experiences of sexism and explore how they relate entrenched inequalities between women and men.
This workshops is perfect for groups wanting an introduction to feminism and its relevance to their community.

This workshop will give your group key campaigning tools to help you take action for gender equality in your community and to create the world you want to live in. You will learn to identify targets, chose tactics and start planning campaigns that will make real change.
