Support packages
Support packages for schools, colleges, local authorities and multi-academy trusts on taking a whole school approach to prevent sexism and sexual harassment.
UK Feminista provides consultative, intensive and long‑term support to schools and colleges committed to meeting their obligations to prevent sexism and sexual harassment. We support education settings adopt preventative action through a whole school approach – the approach recommended by Ofsted and the Department for Education.
Our support packages enable individual schools and colleges, or multiple settings across local authorities or multi‑academy trusts, to access expert, holistic and comprehensive guidance. This ensures they can embed a whole school approach to tackling sexism and sexual harassment with confidence and consistency.
We work with a wide range of education settings, including primary schools, secondary schools, alternative provision, and further education colleges.
Every package includes:
- Live training for all staff members
- Live training for all governors
- Access to a catch-up live online training session for new staff and those who missed the first session
- Regular support and guidance meetings with our expert team over the course of a year to develop and implement a Whole School Approach Action Plan
- Access to all of UK Feminista’s resources for schools and colleges including staff and student surveys and action plan templates
- Access to our teacher training videos
- Access to our video for parents and guardians and guidance on how to engage them as part of the whole school approach
- Ad hoc support tailored to the needs of the institution
