Summary
In this activity, students will explore what sexual harassment is, the different ways it can occur and how it is linked to who holds power in society. Students will then create a step-by-step guide on how to identify sexual harassment and how to seek support. This resource is designed specifically for use in Alternative Provision settings, and careful consideration of the needs of individual students will be required. The activity can be tailored to suit student age, needs and experiences and can also be used in mainstream school settings.

Age group: Secondary, Age 11 – 14
Materials required: Key vocabulary list (Appendix 1), A2 paper and marker pens, white board and pens, 60 second timer, printed UK Feminista classroom poster on sexual harassment and school policies and procedures on sexual harassment and how to report.
